These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the A1 Plan API website and API services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by A1 Plan API ("we", "us", "our"). By subscribing to or using the Service, you ("Customer", "you") agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

A1 Plan API provides programmatic access to operator & circle lookup, prepaid plan fetch, R-Offer check, and DTH subscriber/plan data endpoints for use in recharge and telecom-adjacent platforms. Access is provided through a login (username and password) tied to a subscription plan with a fixed number of daily API hits.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

• You must provide accurate business and contact details when requesting access.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Credentials are issued for use by the Customer only and may not be resold, sublicensed, or shared with unrelated third parties without our written consent.

3. Subscription Plans & Daily Limits

• Each subscription plan (Starter, GOLD, Platinum, or any other published plan) includes all API endpoints, differing only by the number of hits permitted per day.
• The daily hit counter resets at midnight (IST) and can be checked anytime via the Usage & Subscription Status endpoint.
• Once the daily limit is reached, further API calls will be blocked until the counter resets, unless you upgrade your plan.
• Plans are billed monthly or yearly as selected at sign-up. Yearly plans are billed upfront for the full term.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable telecom, data protection, or consumer-protection laws.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, quotas, or authentication mechanisms.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell raw API responses as a competing data service.
• Use the Service to harass, defraud, or misrepresent subscriber information to end users.

5. Data Accuracy

Operator, plan, R-Offer, and DTH data is sourced from upstream telecom and DTH providers and is provided on an "as available" basis. While we strive for accuracy and freshness, we do not guarantee that data returned by any endpoint is complete, error-free, or reflects real-time changes made by the underlying operator at the exact moment of query.

6. Fees & Payment

• Subscription fees are as published on our pricing page at the time of purchase, in Indian Rupees (₹), unless otherwise agreed.
• Fees are payable in advance for the selected billing cycle (monthly or yearly).
• Failure to pay renewal fees may result in suspension of API access until payment is received.
• Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our separate Refund Policy.

7. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive use, or failed to pay applicable fees. You may cancel your subscription at any time by notifying us; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, documentation, branding, and underlying API infrastructure are the property of A1 Plan API. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any such intellectual property to you. You retain ownership of any application you build using the API responses.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, A1 Plan API shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, or from inaccuracies in data provided by upstream operators. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

10. Service Availability

While we aim to keep the Service available at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may perform maintenance, upgrades, or make changes to endpoints with reasonable notice where practicable.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having competent authority over our registered place of business.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
